Once our clients have submitted their exhibition charges, we initiate the visa application process promptly. We understand that visa requests may sometimes face rejection due to individual client details and background.
In the event of a visa application rejection, PLS is committed to providing a full refund of exhibition charges. We recognise that circumstances beyond your control may lead to visa denials, and we want to ensure you do not face financial loss in such cases.
In the case of cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event — any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism — we may decide to reschedule the event to a later, more suitable date and venue. This decision will be made keeping in view the security of our exhibitors and attendees.
In such cases, we do not offer refunds; however, we ensure all registered exhibitors receive the opportunity to participate in the rescheduled event at the earliest possible time.
