Once our clients have submitted their exhibition charges, we initiate the visa application process promptly. We understand that visa requests may sometimes face rejection due to individual client details and background. In the event of such a visa rejection, we have a straightforward refund policy.

100% Exhibition Charges Refund

PLS is committed to providing a full refund of the exhibition charges in the unfortunate event of a visa application rejection. We recognize that circumstances beyond your control may lead to visa denials, and we want to ensure that you don’t face financial loss in such cases.

Exhibition Cancellation and Postponement

In case of cancellation due to a Force Majeure Event i.e., any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations or act of terrorism, we may decide to reschedule the event to a later, more suitable date and suitable venue. This decision will be made keeping in view the security of our exhibitors and attendees. In such cases, we do not offer any refunds, however, we ensure to provide you the opportunity of participation in the rescheduled event at an earliest possible time.
