Organiser Liability

The Event Organiser shall not be liable for any financial, legal, or reputational loss incurred by exhibitors due to any unavoidable happenings prior to or during the Event.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any financial or legal consequences arising from events or circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.

Exhibitor Obligations

• The Organiser reserves the right to terminate an exhibitor's participation for non-compliance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time of Registration.
• Exhibitors must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organiser throughout the event.
• Exhibitors are responsible for their own licences, permits, and taxes. The Organiser is not liable for any legal issues arising from an exhibitor's failure to comply with applicable laws.
• Exhibitors are solely responsible for their own exhibits, merchandise, and materials and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.
• Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the exhibitor's participation in the Event.

By utilising our services or registering for any PLS exhibition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
