The Event Organizer shall not be liable for any financial, legal, or reputational loss incurred by exhibitors due to any unavoidable happenings prior to or during the Event.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any financial or legal consequences arising from events or circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or acts of terrorism.

The Organizer reserves the right to terminate an exhibitor’s participation in the Event for non-compliance with terms and conditions accepted by Exhibitor at the time of Registration

Exhibitors must comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organizer.

Exhibitors are responsible for their own licenses, permits, and taxes, and the Organizer is not liable for any legal issues arising from exhibitors’ failure to comply.

Exhibitors are solely responsible for their own exhibits, merchandise, and materials and are advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage.

Exhibitors shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the exhibitor’s participation in the Event.
